Loan servicing contacts.

Once your loan closes, your payments are handled by a loan servicer — not by us. Pick your lender below for their customer service, payoff, and payment details in one place.

Not sure who your lender is? Check your monthly mortgage statement, or look your loan up free at the MERS Servicer ID lookup.

Good to know

Your lender and your servicer aren't always the same.

Ignite Loan Partners is a mortgage broker. We shop your file across our wholesale network and place it with the lender that fits best — but we don't collect payments or service loans. After closing, your payments, escrow account, payoff quotes, and lien release all run through a loan servicer.

Most wholesale lenders never service loans at all. They either hand the account to a subservicer — Shellpoint, LoanCare, Cenlar, ServiceMac and BSI handle a large share of this list — or sell the servicing outright. That's routine, and it doesn't change your rate, your term, or any other term of your mortgage.

Your monthly statement is always the authoritative answer for who currently holds your servicing. If a transfer happens, federal law requires your old servicer to notify you at least 15 days beforehand and your new servicer within 15 days after. For 60 days after the transfer, a payment sent to the old servicer can't be counted as late.

Thinking about a refinance?

If you're already paying on a loan we placed, we're happy to look at whether a refinance makes sense — or tell you plainly that it doesn't.
