Do I need to be in Scottsdale to join?
No. We're licensed in 22 states and operate remotely. As long as you hold an active NMLS license in a state we're licensed in, you can work from wherever you are.
What lenders do you have access to?
We're partnered with 100+ lenders covering conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, hard money, and more. You'll have access to the full shelf — not just a handful of preferred investors.
What does back-office support look like?
We have a full processing and operations team behind every loan officer. You focus on client relationships and origination — we handle the pipeline.
Is this a W-2 or 1099 position?
This is a 1099 position. You run your business your way — we provide the infrastructure, lender access, and back-office support.
Do you provide leads?
We primarily work with loan officers who are self-generated and built on referrals. That said, if you have a marketing budget, we have routes to help you put it to work — paid search, social, and more.
