A decade-plus of mortgage leadership, focused on communication and on-time closings.
A little background.
With over a decade in the mortgage industry, Michael Kerby has built a reputation as a versatile, dedicated professional who gets results. As President of Ignite Loan Partners, he brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record to every client relationship. His path in mortgage has taken him through sales management, a VP role, and a stint as restructure manager, where he managed and fixed files for a sales floor of over 150 loan officers. His production has consistently earned him a spot in the President's Club.
Michael leads with a simple standard: clear communication, on-time closings, and a range of loan products built around what each client actually needs. He's built his business on strong partnerships with realtors and builders, so clients get real support from first conversation to closing table. Under his guidance, Ignite Loan Partners keeps raising the bar for what mortgage service should look like.
Outside the office, Michael is always chasing the next adventure — traveling to new places, hitting the slopes for skiing and snowboarding, and trying every restaurant worth trying. Family time is where he recharges most, especially trips north to see his mom, dad, sisters, and nieces and nephews. And wherever he goes, his dog isn't far behind.
Michael's take on the market.
